WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER?
Sports Physiotherapy
Sports physiotherapy is all about helping athletes of all levels get back to the activities they love—stronger, safer, and faster. Sports physiotherapy is a specialized area that focuses on assessing, treating, and preventing sports-related injuries. Our team is skilled in understanding the specific demands of athletic performance and is dedicated to creating tailored return-to-sport programs to restore you to peak condition.

We specialize in safe, progressive return-to-sport training that reduces the risk of re-injury. By combining advanced loading techniques with sport-specific movement techniques, we’ll help you regain confidence in your movements, rebuild strength, and get you back to the sport you love—better than ever.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is a fundamental aspect of physiotherapy, involving hands-on techniques to enhance joint mobility, increase tissue flexibility, and alleviate pain. It also enables your physiotherapist to assess the health of your joints and tissues, which is essential for accurate diagnosis and effective recovery.

These techniques include joint mobilization and manipulation, passive and assisted movements, and soft tissue mobilization, often leading to quick symptom relief.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a targeted treatment technique that involves inserting thin, sterile needles into trigger points or tight muscle areas to relieve pain and tension. This approach can help reduce muscle tightness, improve blood flow, and restore function by promoting the body’s natural healing process.
Often used to address chronic pain, muscle stiffness, and sports injuries, dry needling can provide quick relief and enhance mobility.
Strength Training
Strength training is a key component of rehabilitation, helping to rebuild muscle, improve joint stability, create tissue adaptions and prevent re-injury. By incorporating targeted strength exercises into rehab, we enhance mobility, create tissue resilience, and accelerate recovery—getting you back to full strength and function.
Modalities
Modalities are essential tools in rehabilitation and recovery, and we offer a comprehensive range, including heat therapy, cryotherapy (ice), transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulations (TENS) and Normatec compression therapy.

These techniques work together to alleviate pain, enhance healing, and support your overall well-being, helping you recover faster and return to your activities.
Post Surgical Rehabilitation
Having orthopaedic surgery can be a daunting and overwhelming experience. Our knowledgeable therapists work directly with your surgeon to gain insight into your specific procedure and formulate a personalized post-operative rehabilitation plan designed to maximize your recovery.
Running Assessment
A running assessment is a comprehensive evaluation designed to analyze your running mechanics, identify any deficiencies and optimize performance. During the assessment, our specialists will observe your running form, assess your strength and mobility and utilize video analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement.
